Lee County drug program helps offenders get treatment

Justin Masters, 29, of Phenix City graduated from Lee County Drug Court on Thursday. Masters is one of 15 recent graduates from the two-year-old program, which combines the judicial system and treatment as an alternative to traditional jail sentences.
