I haven’t been able to find one and it makes me wonder why!
There is no reason to have one at the state level? No reason to ensure that the local cops are doing thier jobs? No reason to ensure the safety of people who fear wrath from not only the drug dealers but also local entities who may be protecting them? GIVE ME A BREAK!

There’s no reason to have one at the state level. Just call the non-emergency line of your local police department from a payphone and refuse to give your name. Unless it’s an emergency, in which case you should call 911 from the closest possible phone.
Edit: I’m sorry if I made it sound unimportant, that wasn’t how I wanted it to sound. I meant there’s no reason because state police departments don’t handle drug cases nearly as often or as well as local community police. The local cops know the neighborhoods better. They know where the drugs are being sold, and they can tell the dealers from the civilians. You can call the state if you’d like, but you’ll get better results from your local police.
