Carolyn McNatt (D-OK) for State Rep Runs on Quality of Life Platform

Carolyn McNatt (D-OK) for State Rep Runs on Quality of Life Platform – Carolyn McNatt (D-OK) candidate for state house of representatives district 18, outlines her political platform & advocacy: state run public education, Oklahoma water sovereignty, support for aging community, rural volunteerism, community based services (volunteer fire departments), youth development and drug abuse prevention. As she speaks before an estimated crowd of over 100 voters, she tells of her humble beginning of how she had to pull herself up by the bootstrap – worked her way thru school. For the political offices for Oklahoma state house of representatives district 18, there is no republican candidate running. The incumbent is Donnie Condit. Carolyn McNatt is challenging him for that seat. The remark she made that got my attention the most was when she asked the voters to pray for her that she will win this election in 2012. This political candidate speaking event that was held on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 was located at Calvin Senior Citizen Center (Calvin Nutrition Center) in Calvin, Oklahoma.
