In Creek county you can have as many as you can afford. However if you are in Tulsa county after 2 you go to prison. The first DUI in Tulsa county usually has a stiffer penalty that the second because they want to make an example of you. However there are good attourneys out there. I think one of them went by the name of Sellers. I have friends who have had DUI’s and have watched and learned. Taxies are cheaper!
