I am a fifteen year old girl and I really need help stopping this addiction. Does anyone have any suggestions? I can not talk to someone face to face or on the phone because then I would have to explain to my parents which I can’t do. I can talk online, email, or text. I will give you my email if you think you can help me. Let me know.
P.S. Please give actual sites not tell me to google something.
