I don’t like to say that I am addicted because I could use that as an excuse, but I’m pretty addicted to masturbation. Please don’t tell me that it is okay to masturbate its not. I am more depressed and I’m all ways kicking myself because I keep masturbating. I’m all most 16, and I’m scared to tell my parents about my problem. When I told them that I looked at porn they didn’t over react, but they treated me differently. It’s almost like they didn’t give me a chance to earn their trust. Now I have finally gotten it back and I am looking at porn at least once a week. I wish I could just stop! I want to cry. I’ve looked at websites to help me stop and they all say to prepare for the next time I slip. Meaning to put meaningful quotes up or things that will change my mind. They obviously have not experienced this, because when you want to masturbate the only thing that will stop you is someone telling you not to. I don’t know what to do. I have talked to my bishop and he tells me that I will slip every now and then, but I can’t handle that anymore. Have any of you guys experienced this? What did you do to stop? It really is ruining my life.

well you could get a girlfriend and have sex with her………..or cut your peter off. i wouldnt cut it off though. just dont touch it. call it names like bad dog.
