I Dont Want to Go Back to Prison Here in Oklahoma?

Question by slack: i dont want to go back to prison here in oklahoma?
i got a d.u.i a couple of months ago and ive had one 4 yrs ago and one 8 yrs ago. ive also had drug charges for valium and “pot”. in which i went to prison. im just wondering if i have half a chance in hades to work out a deal to go to a long term treatment center instead of prison? any advice is much appreciated.

Why not stop drinking and driving. Treatment starts inside your feeble brain.

I would advise that if you have some time before you sentencing to immediately go to a rehab to show the judge you are attempting to stop your abuse issues. If you don’t have much time then I would go to a rehab and get a letter stating when they can take you and a letter from you stating your intent on going to the rehab. Oklahoma judges are TOUGH so just show you are trying before he shows you what he can do with the gavel.
