Ignore the rude people on here. If you don’t have money go to a government mental heath center and tell them your concerns. I don’t know how things work in Oklahoma, but I think anywhere you should be able to get thing free if you have problems. A lot of people with mental disorders have problems in general so go see your therapist if you have one and tell them I can’t take it anymore this isn’t working for me I need an alternative like in patient treatment. Medicare should cover it or at least the state, that’s why we have this programs to help people like you. Don’t give up. Keep asking for help. The mental health situation can be pretty hard and stress.
