OXFEST 2012 Promo – Oxfest is an annual one day musical festival in celebration of recovery from drugs and alcohol, sponsored and organized by the Oxford Houses of Oregon and Washington. OXFEST has become the biggest one day recovery related celebration in the Pacific Northwest with over 3000 people in attendance in 2011. Oxfest grew from a backyard barbecue over a decade ago. This free event has helped formed an idea that recovery can be fun and rewarding. Oxfest promotes the idea that recovering from alcohol and drug addiction doesn’t have to be all work. We invite all newcomers from treatment centers, city, county, state institutions and health care professionals from around Oregon and Washington.
