Well I’m sure you know that the OK CPS pretty well stinks.

If you’ve notified CPS that you think child abuse is occurring, that’s all you can do via the system.

Something that you might try is to “pay” your daughter so you can take control of your grandchildren. Work out a deal with her. Cheaper than paying a lawyer for something that may never happen.

I live in Oklahoma and Grandparents rights suck here. My Grandkids were being hit on by her and their Mom was aressted for drug charges. I turned her in for hitting on kids and then she made false charges against my son and he has been aressted until his trial. He is innocent. The kids were taken away .I tried to get them but could not. They will be given back to her as soon as she goes to rehab and parenting classes. My son was the good parent and he has not seen his kids in months while he sits in jail waiting to prove he is innocent. By then she will have the kids and he will have nothing.
