When Sealing Juvenile Records, What Kind of Agencies Can You List?

Question by cutie: When sealing juvenile records, what kind of agencies can you list?
Other then the court, probation and police department. They sent me to a treatment center, to a counseling service and a privet business for drug testing. Could I list these “agencies” in my petition to seal my records?
and can I list the police department that only transported me but never arrested me? and can I list the juvenile jails where I was held? because it was in a different county.

Not sure why you need to list anything. Not sure what state you’re in, but I know in Ohio you just have to petition the juvenile judge and he/she makes the determination. Be careful though. Takes them longer to seal your fingerprints than it does to approve the actual sealing of records. You can record that you went through all of this without problems and have stayed out of trouble for however long, and list personal references as to your character to help the process along.
