There are many state funded treatment facilities in Southeast Texas. Please call 409-833-7774 or 409-729-7692 and ask for substance abuse screening, assessment and treatment as well as mental health assessment for the purpose of diagnosis/treatment. There are excellent state certified treatment programs open and available to individuals who qualify under state poverty guidelines.
